At House of Gharats we love new experiences and friendships our internships bring. We expect more than running errands and making coffees. They have the opportunity to work on real projects and deliver on deadlines! Cassandra was a real star, fun, problem solver, enthusiastic, meticulous, the list is endless. Here are her thoughts about her experience.
“Working at the House of Gharats has been an amazing, and too short an experience that flew by so quickly. I never seemed to think of the six weeks internship as a job but rather, a collaboration between different minds, all sharing the same excitement of creating beautiful art and forming connections with other like minded artists. Being able to work alongside Neishaa Gharat has both been an incredible journey, as well as an inspirational one. Alongside the invaluable experiences and advice, (the amazing Italian coffee and cakes for tea didn’t hurt either), it has also reignited my forgotten passion for graphic design. It will be hard to forget the days of working in the little studio, with the views of the green garden and the occasional London winter sunshine, as well as the friendships formed in the tightly knitted team.”
